Initial/pre mediation/arbitration consultation/conferences - Fees are $145.00 per session hour. Our best practice approach with our clients is to conduct pre-mediation/pre-arbitration conferences to determine the necessary participants, issue order, time allocation, and scheduling. During an in person consultation, the process of mediation will be explained, as well as what to expect and what materials you will need to bring with you on the day of mediation/arbitration. You will have the opportunity to discuss individual goals, expectations, personal needs, and provide any background information needed to help you be successful. Information is shared in a structured and efficient manner.
Please be prepared to provide a credit card on file as this form of payment will serve as the payment for actual mediation/arbitration as well as any overtime fees past the minimum three hours. See cancellation policy.
