What Happens During a Consultation?
We will discuss what issues need resolution to estimate the amount of time necessary for mediation and thus, an estimate of fees. You will need to provide the contact information for the other party and we will have the same conversation with them. If both sides agree to mediate with Clear Creek Mediation, then we will set a time for either an in-office mediation session or by video conference and get to work on a resolution.
A consultation will help identify the specifics of your unique situation and begin to identify the critical issues that will need to be resolved within your dispute. We will discuss how our mediation or arbitration process works, how long it will take to complete and choices you will have along the way.
Enabling you to make informed decisions that are right for you.
If your mediation or arbitration are for divorce, we inform you what the steps to divorce are and what we do to guide and support you through them. We explain our mediation fee and everything included in our services to get you moving forward with clarity and confidence.
During this meeting, we will also determine if mediation or arbitration (and working with us) is the right solution for you.
Please select a consultation above, schedule online, fill out our Contact Form, email us at [email protected], or call to schedule your Mediation or Arbitration consultation today with Clear Creek Mediation Center 832-799-9986. We look forward to talking with you.
